Job: Facebook content and community management

Over a two-year period, I managed the Facebook accounts for up to five different Cats Protection branches, including Birmingham, Belfast, Mansfield, Hereford, and Downham Market. I was basically buried in cat posts.

My responsibilities for the pages included content ideation, writing Adopt Me posts (to attract loving owners), Homed & Happy posts (to celebrate successful adoptions), and creating posts to promote the branches fundraising events.

I was also responsible for community management, which involved responding to comments and private messages. 

This work was completed during my time at the Socialgram agency.
